Tims Ops (operated by Muhammad Rayyan Mohsin) runs ready-made store-operations checks for Tim Hortons franchise owners and sends alerts in Slack. It is in early access and provided as is: we work to keep it accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will never miss, delay or get an alert wrong.

You must have the authority to connect your business’s systems, such as Clearview, Crunchtime and Slack, to Tims Ops. Keep your sign-in and two-step verification to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them.

Use Tims Ops only for your own stores. Don’t try to reach another owner’s data, break or overload the service, connect systems you aren’t allowed to, or send us data we don’t ask for, like staff pay, SIN or guest card data.

Tims Ops is a helper, not a replacement for your people or procedures. You and your staff stay responsible for food safety, labour and every decision in your stores, including any alert we send.

Your data stays yours. How we handle it is in our privacy policy.

You can stop at any time: disconnect your systems and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or end early access with notice by email. Either way, we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

If these terms change, we update the date above and tell you in the app or by email.
